- never had a problem with my external Motorola Power 288. You
- can d/l updates for the modem`s flash memory. Supposedly in
- a few months there will be an update to 336 by flash memory
- upgrade.. Support always answers in a very short
- time(Mon-Fri) and I think on Sat. Morn.
