  27.     never had a problem with my external Motorola Power 288. You
  28. can d/l updates for the modem`s flash memory. Supposedly in
  29. a few months there will be an update to 336 by flash memory
  30. upgrade..  Support always answers in a very short
  31. time(Mon-Fri) and I think on Sat. Morn.
